The proposal

First, decide how it will feel

Choosing a catering menu is not about picking from an endless list. First we decide how the service will work: standing or seated, during a short break, around a shared table or alongside a working programme.

Our formats include coffee breaks, breakfasts, receptions, drinks, lunch, buffets, meals and gala dinners. We can also shape proposals for weddings, communions and christenings around the venue, guests and family’s way of celebrating.

Formats for meetings and professional days

A coffee break fits a defined pause; breakfast can open the day; a reception encourages conversation; lunch or a buffet serves a meal at a different pace from table service. We consider the schedule, venue and serving time.

The format helps us discuss quantities, service and set-up before preparing technical details. The date, place and programme determine what we can propose.

Proposals for celebrations

Weddings, communions and christenings each have their own needs. Guest numbers, venue and the way a family welcomes people help determine whether standing service, a seated meal, a buffet or a combination will work best.

There is no need to turn a celebration into a catalogue. The important thing is knowing which moment matters and how food should accompany it.

The final choice depends on context

The menus page explains the kinds of service available; the gastronomy page explains how the food is developed and cooked. They are connected, but they answer different questions.

Once the format is clear, we can define the food, service and practical conditions of the event.
