An event may need coordination beyond the food itself. We bring the kitchen, set-up, front of house and service together so each part fits the venue, programme and real timings.
Food, equipment and guest care are planned as one operation before, during and after service—not as a collection of unrelated extras.
Every decision should answer a specific need. Adding elements without checking their purpose can complicate set-up and make responsibilities less clear.
Set-up and equipment
Before service, we review access, set-up areas, equipment and any spaces that must remain clear. The plan changes between an office, professional venue, exhibition centre, estate or cultural space.
We work with the event lead to give the kitchen, set-up and service teams a shared plan, leaving time to check routes, replenishment and clearance.
Venue coordination
Every venue has its own access, hours, support areas and guest routes. These conditions affect which service formats are practical.
We read the venue alongside the programme: a short break, reception, lunch or dinner each needs a different layout so service supports the event without taking up unnecessary space or attention.
Punctuality means more than arriving on time. It also means knowing when a session ends, when the break begins, how long guests have to eat and when equipment must be cleared.
Planning for schedule changes and replenishment lets the host focus on guests and helps the room return to use as intended.
