La Seu currently provides bar services for concerts and festivals. A bar is more than a point of sale: it is part of the event operation and must work with the venue, access, schedule and movement of the crowd.
Every concert or festival needs a plan shaped around its own conditions and the coordination required by the organisers.
Every venue needs its own plan
Before defining the service, we look at where it will be placed, how people will reach it, which routes must remain clear and when footfall is likely to peak.
Bar locations, team access, opening and closing times, and communication with the organisers all matter.
A service adapted to the pace
Doors, breaks, programme changes and busy periods affect how the service runs. That is why we do not start with a fixed layout or assumed capacity.
The event schedule helps us plan the bar around the programme without adding capacity that has not been confirmed.
Coordination starts before opening
The conversation should begin before the proposal is prepared. Knowing the venue, schedule, access, planned layout and crowd flow makes decisions clearer.
The first step is to understand how the event will actually operate and what needs to be settled before doors open.
